Orders & Shipping
How quickly do you ship?
We aim to dispatch all orders from Sweden within 24 business hours on weekdays.
What are your delivery times?
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- Outside Europe: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Calou ships to many countries worldwide.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over 3000 SEK in Sweden and 300 EUR in Europe.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a style before it is ready to ship. Estimated delivery time will be shown on the product page or shared after purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your order date, or within 30 days of receiving pre-ordered items. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If your shoes are not the right size, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.
Are exchanges free?
Free size exchanges are available for Sweden and EU customers when exchanging the same style and colour. Exchanges are only available for full-price items.
Can I return sale items?
Items discounted by 40% or more may only be returned for store credit. Items discounted by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and approved. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Customs & Duties
Do I need to pay customs or duties?
- EU orders: no additional customs charges
- USA, UK, Norway and Switzerland: duties and import taxes are included at checkout
- Other countries outside the EU: customs duties or import fees may apply locally
