CAN I RETURN THE CLOGS IF THEY DON´T WORK OUT?

Absolutely, Unworn items can be returned for an exchange or a refund. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned shoes.

We simply ask that you try the shoes on over a clean, carpet surface until you´re certain you want to keep them, and that you return them with all their original packaging and with no damages to the shoe box. Items with worn soles or missing or damaged packaging will be rejected and returned to sender. 

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?

If your shoes do not fit the way you want them to, we are happy to exchange them for the appropriate size, as long as they are in an unworn condition. Calou will ship the exchange shoes at no additional cost, up to 30 days from the order confirmation e-mail. 

If you wish to exchange to another product, a new order needs to be created.

 CAN I RETURN SHOES I BOUGHT ON SALE?

Yes you can but items marked with "seconds" or 40% or more off the retail price we´ll accept in return for store credit only. Any sale items for 50% off or more are final sale. 

 I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT NOW?

Your shoes are getting packed and will be on your feet in no time. You will receive an order confirmation to the e mail address provided at check out and another one when your order ships.

WHAT´S  A PRE-ORDER?

Sometimes we get so excited about a style that we want to share them with you before the factory is finished making them. When you pre-order a shoe, it basically means you are buying the shoe now but it will ship out a little bit later. It´s just like a regular order and you can still return them if they don´t  work out.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. 
For EU and USA the DHL and Fed Ex shipping time is 2-7 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! Please note, customs charges and / or import duties are included  in  the price you pay at checkout for Norway, UK and Switzerland. For other non EU countries customs fees and duties will be billed by the carrier after your order is shipped and may vary from country to country. If you for any reason want to return the goods Calou can not give a refund of any customs or import duty or taxes paid outside of EU.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

For Sweden the cost is 79 Sek but free for ordervalue more than 2000 Sek
For EU the cost is 12 Euro. For orders exceeding 200 euro are free.
For USA and Canada the cost is 17 USD.
For other countries, you find the cost at checkout.

You will be receiving a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number information once the parcel is shipped.

CAN YOU ADVICE ME WHEN CLOGS AND SANDALS ARE SOLD OUT AND WILL BE BACK IN?

For out of stock styles, click on "notify me when back in stock" on the product page or send us an email at info@calou.se and we´ll make sure to to let you know if they ever come back in stock.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Give us a call or e-mail us as soon after placing your order as possible and we wil do our best to update your order.

HOW DO CALOU SHOES TYPICALLY FIT?

We have all different feet so fit tends to vary based on the style. Our shoes fit in general normal to wide feet but some can have a more narrow fit. We have recommendations for each style that you can find on each product page. You can also refer to our size guide for more general information.

I WEAR A HALF-SIZE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We only do whole sizes, so we typically recommend that half sizes size up.

THE SHOES I WANT ARE SOLD OUT! WILL YOU BE GETTING ANY MORE?

We can't promise that we'll make more of a certain shoe, but there is a chance! Add your name to the waitlist on the product page or shoot us an e mail at info@calou.se and we’ll make sure to let you know if they ever come back in stock.
